Why did Donau Media OÜ found Wochenfokus?
The founders saw that German-speaking audiences interested in Sweden had no dedicated source offering concise, fact-driven reporting on Swedish affairs. Existing platforms either buried key details in oversimplified summaries or lacked the editorial rigour to explain complex issues. Wochenfokus was created to bridge that gap: a publication that treats its readers as informed citizens, not passive consumers.
